KIDACTIVE operate wrap around care for school aged children. We're a welcoming club and deliver a multi-activity child-led experience. We offer a wonderful mix of arts and crafts, toys, board games, music and all the sports to keep children entertained. We're Ofsted registered.
Terms and Conditions
Overview
A booking confirmation is regarded as your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. The person booking is required to settle their invoice at the 24 hour point of making a booking. You can cancel your booking within the 24 hour period by contacting us here. After 24 hours the invoice will be due. We do not offer refunds or credits for child absences or exclusions.

Listed daily prices are for 10 hours childcare between 8:15am and 6:15pm.
Early (+21 days) = £39.75

Our open plan playground offers lots of space for children to run, climb, slide and freely role play.

Our facilities at St Andrews Primary, Headington offer children a safe and spacious environment.
Booking & Payment
You must register an account to book childcare.
After you make a booking you will receive an automated and itemised invoice. We accept payment via Cash, BACS, Childcare voucher and Tax free childcare. Payment for childcare is due within 24 hours of a booking to secure a place. Our lines are live 24/7 therefore, assuming we have space, you can book up to the day before. Prices vary depending on when you book.
Grouping
Depending on demand, we operate 3 or 4 groups. Groups are set close in age and we aim to keep each group to a 16 capacity so that they remain sociable and non intimidating. Children move around the club in their age-appropriate groups enjoying the wide range of indoor and outdoor activities on offer.
Activities
Be aim to offer as much as possible in terms of choice. Every day children will have access to arts and crafts, sports (lots), toys, construction (building), board games, water play (seasonal), music and the wondering outdoors areas that inc. astro, grass, hard courts and a range of climbing apparatus.
Staff
Our staff are a big part of our success. We are qualified and have a wealth of childcare experience both in early years, schools and out of school clubs. The goal for us is easy... make every child's experience welcoming and fun!
